At Blue Mountain Wellness, our mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate, and integrative mental health and holistic care to individuals seeking support, healing, and personal growth. In partnership with Wellness Massage & Lymphatic Drainage, we are committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where each person feels seen, heard, and valued. Through a personalized approach that honors the mind-body connection, we aim to empower our clients to build resilience, restore balance, and live more fulfilling lives.
I’m a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Washington with a passion for helping people find clarity, resilience, and healing during life’s most challenging moments.
My professional background includes working in partial hospitalization programs for both adults and adolescents, as well as providing support in college counseling centers within higher education. These diverse settings have shaped my understanding of the unique mental health needs individuals face at different stages of life.
In my work, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and integrative mental health. I believe that each person is inherently capable of growth and healing, and I tailor my approach to meet the needs of each individual with empathy, respect, and curiosity.
I view the counseling process as a collaborative journey—one rooted in trust, safety, and hope. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to move toward the life you want to live.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy reading, exploring the culinary arts, traveling, and spending quality time with my family and our dogs. I’m also a tech and aviation enthusiast, always eager to learn more about the latest innovations and discoveries in both fields.
Feeling overwhelmed, on edge, or constantly worried? Anxiety can make it difficult to fully enjoy life. Together, we’ll work to calm the mind, develop effective coping strategies, and create a greater sense of peace and control.
If you’re feeling stuck, hopeless, or emotionally drained, you’re not alone. Depression can affect every part of your life. Therapy offers a space to reconnect with yourself, find meaning, and rediscover hope.
Daily pressures can take a toll on your emotional and physical well-being. We’ll explore healthy ways to reduce stress, build resilience, and create balance in your life—so you can show up as your best self.
Loss can affect us in ways we never expected - emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Whether you're grieving the death of a loved one, a relationship, or a life transition, this is a safe space to process your pain, honor your journey, and gently begin to heal at your own pace.
How you see yourself matters. If you struggle with self-doubt or feel like you’re not enough, we’ll work to rebuild your confidence, develop self-compassion, and help you feel more empowered in your life and relationships.
Relationships can be one of the most meaningful - and challenging - parts of life. Whether you're facing conflict, communication difficulties, or feeling emotionally disconnected, therapy can help you navigate your concerns with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
Living with ADHD can bring unique challenges—like difficulty focusing, staying organized, or managing emotions. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies and strengths-based tools to support your success and well-being.
Past experiences can leave deep emotional wounds. Whether you’ve faced a single traumatic event or prolonged emotional pain, healing is possible. We’ll create a safe space to process your story, build trust, and move toward lasting recovery.
